Shipping policy
Shipping charges are calculated on checkout and are displayed before payment confirmation. Monday to Friday is considered as working days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances. Our delivery services are fulfilled by third party courier services chosen by Name Place Animal Thing from time to time
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Our products are shipped both domestically throughout India and internationally to other countries. All our products are made to order. Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 weeks.
Prior to shipping overseas, it's important to verify with us first as delivery may be impacted by customs regulations. Your order will be dispatched in accordance with the timeframe indicated via email.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Name Place Animal Thing generally handles shipping for most orders within India, but some suppliers may opt to use alternate shipping methods to fulfil orders directly. The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided as requested. The order status page in your account will only display updates after your order has been dispatched. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via email or SMS.
OVERSEAS
Name Place Animal Things works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact Shipping charges are determined at checkout based on the number, type, weight, and volume of items in your cart
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier, or is a cusotmised made-to-order piece. A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships. Items that are made-to-order or customised will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship. Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
